I upgraded nextcloud to a newer version  and I check the Security & setup warnings
I found :

  • Your web server is not properly set up to resolve "/.well-known/caldav". Further information can be found in the documentation.
  • Your web server is not properly set up to resolve "/.well-known/carddav". Further information can be found in the documentation.
  • The database is missing some primary keys. Due to the fact that adding primary keys on big tables could take some time they were not added automatically. By running "occ db:add-missing-primary-keys" those missing primary keys could be added manually while the instance keeps running.
    • Missing primary key on table "oc_federated_reshares".
    • Missing primary key on table "oc_systemtag_object_mapping".
    • Missing primary key on table "oc_comments_read_markers".
    • Missing primary key on table "oc_collres_resources".
    • Missing primary key on table "oc_collres_accesscache".
    • Missing primary key on table "oc_filecache_extended".
      How can I fix these?

Hello,
My NAS raid was full and I've got this error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report.
More details can be found in the server log.

After I free some space, restart the nextcloud and rebooted the NAS, I get the same error and in logs it's only this:

What could I do?
I've got Nextcloud 16.0.3.0, Apache 2.4.37.1 and MariaDB 10.3.14.0

It's amazing.
After deleting nc db pma-tables the nc update runs without any errors.
So everything is fine now.
Many Thanks again outkastm.
